At Mood Living, it is important to us that you are a happy customer.
It is very important that you check your item within 5 days of delivery for defects or damages. We advise that you retain the original packaging in the event that you want to return it to us for any reason. If the item arrives damaged you must report this to us within 7 days and we will collect if from your home and replace it free of charge. We ask that you provide a photograph of the damage. Please retain the item in its original packaging for collection. Damages reported after 7 days may still be returned but we cannot collect free of charge. Customers may organise return of the item or we will collect but there will be a carriage charge for this of up to £50 depending on the size of the item.
Change of Mind
While we make every effort to describe our products as accurately as possible, we will accept returns if the item arrives and you just don't like it. For free collection, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery. The item and original packaging needs to be in perfect condition, and we will collect it from your home. After 7 days we will still accept return of the item but there will be a carriage charge for this of up to £50 depending on the size of the item or customers may organise return of the item themselves.
We are happy to offer a 5 year guarantee with our items so if for any reason you have cause for complaint, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
The only exception to the above policies are special items offered at a reduction on a sale and no return basis. This will be clearly stated in the item description.
